Acupuncture

Highly personalized, acupuncture promotes the movement of Qi and rebalances energy in body's organ systems. Fine sterile needles, moxibustion, cupping and gua-sha can used during treatment.

Beth graduated from Pacific Rim College with a Diploma of Acupuncture in 2019. Throughout school she was continually inspired by the vast knowledge one could attain through the lens of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In 2014 she also completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training. In her early childhood, Beth was exposed to many different integrative methods of medicine leaving her with a thirst for knowledge some years later. Through personal experience with acupuncture she fell in love at first poke.

Having always had a keen interest in holistic modalities, Beth’s personal philosophy as a practitioner is to act as a facilitator in the body’s natural healing process. In doing so she works by creating an all inclusive atmosphere where listening and cultivation of an intuitive practice gives you the space needed to restore your body back towards homeostasis.

Beth’s professional interests include the treatment of injuries (acute/chronic), mental-emotional relief, stress management, digestive issues, allergies, men and women’s health and general practice. Her areas of practice include acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, tui na and gua sha. Her goal is to have her patients leave feeling heard and replenished in their own body.
